JACKSON, MS (March 17, 2025) – One person was killed, and another person was injured after their vehicle overturned on Interstate 20 on March 15.
According to news reports, the crash occurred on I-20 at Highway 18 just after 5:15 p.m. in Jackson. The Jackson Police Department said the SUV went off the road and overturned multiple times, ejecting both occupants.
Both victims were transported to the University of Mississippi Medical Center for treatment, where one of the victims succumbed to her injuries.
Police are investigating the incident.
