SOUTHAVEN, MS (March 14, 2025) – One person has died following a traffic accident on March 12.
According to the Southaven police, officers responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident involving a motorcycle and an SUV at the intersection of Goodman Road East and Snowden Lane around 8:50 p.m. The officers administered aid to the motorcyclist until EMS arrived. The motorcyclist was transported to Baptist-DeSoto where they later succumbed to their injuries.
No one in the SUV was injured in the accident.
Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
