JACKSON COUNTY, MS (March 24, 2025) – A man died following a car accident in Jackson County on March 20.
According to the Mississippi Highway Patrol, around 9:50 a.m. troopers were called to the scene of a car crash on Highway 57 in Jackson County. According to police, a pickup truck was traveling south on Highway 57 when it collided with a sedan that was traveling north on the highway.
The driver received fatal injuries and died on the scene. The passenger of the sedan was seriously injured and was taken to a local hospital.
