FLORA, MS. (August 6, 2025) – A woman was killed in a pedestrian accident on Wednesday evening.
The incident occurred in the area of Kearney Park Road and Sheppard Street around 9:41 p.m. Flora Police Department investigated the accident.
Thomasina Donerson, 38, was struck by a vehicle. The driver called emergency services, remained at the scene, and was questioned by police.
Donerson was transported to the University of Mississippi Medical Center, where she later died from injuries sustained in the accident.
Flora Police investigated and released the driver, determining the collision was accidental with no contributing factors. No charges are currently pending.
