Three people have died following two separate car accidents along Highway 45 in Wayne County, Mississippi.
According to news reports, both crashes happened on the afternoon of January 12. In the first crash, a female passenger was pronounced dead after a rollover crash in the southbound lane just after 1 p.m.
Shortly after the first crash, a second crash occurred on the same highway, as a vehicle collided with an 18-wheeler. Two died in that accident.
Both accidents are still under investigation.
